ZAGAR SEALS GORZOW RETURN

Gorzow have brought Grand Prix star Matej Zagar back to the Edward Jancarz Stadium for 2014.

16 / 11 / 2013, 09:54

Gorzow have brought FIM Speedway Grand Prix star Matej Zagar back to the Edward Jancarz Stadium for 2014.

The Slovenian racer reluctantly left the team at the end of last year due to the low team-building limits for Polish Ekstraliga clubs this term.

Zagar spent the season with Gniezno, who were relegated to the First Division after finishing bottom.

With the restrictions lifted for next year, Zagar was happy to return to Gorzow, where he raced from 2009 to 2012.

Meanwhile, it is being reported FIM Speedway Under-21 world champion Patryk Dudek is close to sealing a new three-year contract with Ekstraliga champions Zielona Gora.

Despite rumours of interest from Torun, Dudek is expected to be announced as part of the Falubaz squad on Monday.
