Danish champion Niels-Kristian Iversen maintained his magnificent run of big victories after inspiring Esbjerg to retain their title in the Danish league’s Super Final on Wednesday.

Iversen racked up 14 points, while Mikkel Bech backed him up brilliantly on 12 as Esbjerg tallied 41 points overall to win the four-team event on home shale.

Fjelsted bagged second place in the standings after Peter Kildemand powered to 16 points and Hans Andersen notched nine. They tied on 37 points with Holsted on the night, but given that Fjelsted finished second in the league standings, they claimed Super League silver.
