Aussie icon Jason Doyle roared to a 14 paid 15-point maximum as Czestochowa handed hosts Zielona Gora a 59-31 hiding in the PGE Ekstraliga on Monday evening.
After winning their opener at home to Grudziadz last week, the Lions underlined their title aspirations with a commanding display away to a side also expected to be in play-off contention.
Doyle went unbeaten over five rides, while his SGP rival Leon Madsen dropped just a single point on his way to 13 paid 14.
Swedish star Freddie Lindgren also impressed on 10 paid 12, picking himself up brilliantly after a frightening fall in heat eight following a high-speed collision with Falubaz favourite Piotr Protasiewicz.
With both men refusing to give an inch, Lindgren was swept from his bike which was sent rocketing into the third-bend fence and had to be removed from the shale on the back of a truck after being bent badly out of shape.
Slovak star Martin Vaculik was Zielona Gora’s best performer on 11 points, while Protasiewicz picked up nine, despite being excluded for his part in the Lindgren incident.
Patryk Dudek scored six paid seven, but his fellow SGP regular Antonio Lindback managed just one paid two.
In another battle of likely title rivals, Leszno duo Emil Sayfutdinov and Janusz Kolodziej contributed 12 points apiece for the Bulls as they charged to a 53-37 victory over Wroclaw at the Alfred Smoczyk Stadium.
Sayfutdinov was denied a maximum by visiting star Maciej Janowski in heat 15 as he ended the night on 12 paid 14, while Kolodziej was unbeaten on 12 points from four outings.
World Under-21 title favourite Dominik Kubera stormed to 10 paid 13 and Bartosz Smektala scored nine paid 10.
The final fixture of round two between Grudziadz and Rybnik will be staged on Tuesday night.
