Russian star Emil Sayfutdinov raced to 13 paid 14 points as Leszno extended their PGE Ekstraliga lead to four points with a 49-41 win away to Czestochowa on Wednesday.

The world No.3 dropped just a point to an opponent over five rides as the Lions slumped to a third straight home loss, denting their play-off ambitions.

Former World Under-21 champion Bartosz Smektala also starred for Leszno on 10 paid 12, while young guns Dominik Kubera and Jaimon Lidsey both impressed on nine paid 11.

World No.2 Leon Madsen kept Czestochowa in touch with 14 paid 15 points from six races, while Jason Doyle added 10 paid 13. SGP star Freddie Lindgren scored one from three outings.
