Madsen got the better of Janowski in the first semi-final to reach the last four, with Leszno’s Piotr Pawlicki third and Lublin’s Matej Zagar failing to finish.
Dudek won the second semi ahead of triple world champion Tai Woffinden, local favourite Pawel Przedpelski and Sayfutdinov.
Woffy bagged 11 points in the heats, with Dudek tallying 10. Zagar notched eight, while Madsen only managed seven before producing the goods in the semis to put himself in the hunt for victory.
Przedpelski also scored seven, while Sayfutdinov picked up six, pipping SGP first reserve Mikkel Michelsen into the semis on countback after they tied.
Russian racer Artem Laguta and Slovak star Martin Vaculik both missed the cut on five points, while Freddie Lindgren registered four.
