MILIK AGREES ZIELONA GORA CONTRACT

Czech star Vaclav Milik looks set to race for Zielona Gora in 2021 after signing a Warsaw contract with Falubaz.

Czech star Vaclav Milik looks set to race for Zielona Gora in 2021 after signing a Warsaw contract with Falubaz.

The club already has FIM Speedway Grand Prix duo Max Fricke and Matej Zagar in its squad for next season.

There are only two places available to senior foreign riders in the starting line-up following the introduction of a rule forcing teams to pick an under-24 rider of any nationality.

Milik looks set to serve as a back-up man following a difficult campaign with Rybnik, which saw the club relegated into the First Division.

A Warsaw contract ties Milik to Zielona Gora, but he will now have to sign a full agreement to allow him to race.
